HOW IT WORKS

Trading in your old computer equipment could not be easier. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Purchase an HP product that qualifies for this offer through the HP store or from an HP reseller. Click here to view qualifying products.
  2. Check the value of your old computer by using our Part ex calculator
  3. Send your old laptop, netbook or desktop PC, with a copy of your claim form and a copy of the sales invoice (for your new one) to PC Part Exchange within 30 days of the invoice date.
  4. Any existing data will be wiped and unused parts will be recycled. Note we cannot recover any data once we’ve received your computer.
  5. Provided everything matches your description we’ll send you your cash via bank transfer, plus £10 to help with your postage costs.
